Cummins Facility Services needs Floor Technicians. This is a driving route. Starting at $15 per hr. Average 25-30 hrs per week.

Position Overview
The position is responsible is floor care of stripping and waxing along with carpet cleaning in addition to janitorial duties.
Essential Job Functions
- Strip and wax floors
- Scrub and buff floors
- Deep clean carpets
- Water Clean-up and Restoration skills, a plus.
- Clean and sanitize using established practices and procedures when working as a janitor.
- Use and maintain assigned power equipment or hand tools of a buffer, auto scrubber, extractor, high pressure washer.
- Follow instructions; including those of chemicals and supplies.
- Safely operate all vehicle and other job required equipment.
- Must maintain SDS sheets are on hand for all floor chemicals when traveling to job sites.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have a Valid Driver's License
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift 60 lbs with or without accommodations
