About this Position Lead and shape the European co-packing landscape by combining technical leadership, strategic ownership, and people development, while driving high-impact projects, strong external representation, and continuous performance improvements in close collaboration with Procurement — based in Vienna or Düsseldorf.
What you´ll do
- Technically lead the European co-packing team and ensures that the team completes initiatives and projects on time, on budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- Define and manage the strategy in line with the established business plan, including resource planning to achieve objectives and reporting on R&D activities
- Develop team members regarding required competences and personal targets
- Represent the team in relevant projects and decision committees. Represent Henkel at various associations, conferences or congresses
- Monitor and improve co-packer performance across capacity, cost, sustainability, safety, and efficiency, driving continuous improvement
- Support Procurement in sourcing and contracting co-packers while ensuring regulatory and logistical compliance
