ADP is seeking a Vice President (VP) of Corporate Strategy to be based in our Roseland, NJ office.
The VP, Corporate Strategy supports the Senior DVP in shaping and executing ADP’s enterprise strategic agenda. The role offers exposure to the Chief Strategy Officer and enterprise leadership, providing a unique platform to help shape the company’s long-term direction while developing as a future enterprise leader.
This position requires a blend of analytical strength, strategic foresight, and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead a team of strategists or project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sr DVP in developing and executing ADP’s corporate strategic priorities.
- Lead strategic analyses, financial modeling, and scenario planning to evaluate growth opportunities, partnerships, and investments.
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear operational objectives and milestones for business units.
- Manage and deliver high-impact strategic projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with leaders across business units to align plans, monitor progress, and escalate key risks or opportunities.
- Prepare materials for executive and Board-level presentations, including strategy updates and performance reviews.
- Coach and mentor analysts and associates on problem-solving approaches, stakeholder management, and presentation development.
Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a strategic planning role within a large, complex organization.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills with senior audiences.
- High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic modeling tools.
- Experience in outsourcing, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses strongly preferred.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $210,700.00 - USD $352,700.00 / Year*
- Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
