We help our clients spend more time with people and less time with software.
About the Role
As a Sr. Functional Consultant, this role is responsible for delivering software implementation projects that range in scope and complexity, leading customer configurations from post-sale through launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Consultant to understand the project scope.
Documentation Excellence : Consistently creates clear, accurate, and complete documentation for assigned tasks and solutions, ensuring information is understandable and readily accessible.
Solution Visioning & Architecture: Designs effective solutions by understanding specific use cases and translating requirements into functional workflows. Focuses on building solutions that meet immediate client needs.
Resilience & Composure Under Pressure: Maintains a steady demeanor when faced with unexpected questions or new challenges. Is comfortable acknowledging limitations while proactively seeking answers and demonstrates confidence when navigating unfamiliar tasks.
Adaptability & Innovative Thinking: Demonstrates an openness to new ideas and design approaches, consistently seeking ways to improve and adapt. Embodies an approach of continuous improvement.

About You
Basic Qualifications:
5-6+ years Product & Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of core functionalities within our product suite and how various components connect. Can comfortably demo key features and articulate their fundamental purpose. Has a base understanding of integrations.
Integration Expertise: Understanding of various integration types and API functionalities relevant to our ATS platforms. Can articulate basic integration concepts and discuss common integration scenarios.
Executive Presence & Influential Communication: Delivers clear, well-structured, and articulate presentations that effectively convey information and solutions. Commands attention by speaking with clarity and confidence, engaging the audience and competently addressing questions.
