Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Entry Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. The Bomber, Fighter & DLA (BFD) Organization has 1 position supporting Delivery Management requirements. The successful candidates will be expected to assist in the execution of Delivery Management requirements for a U.S. and Non-U.S. Government Military customers. The candidates will ensure customer delivery requirements are met, and will work with various functions to ensure product is delivered on time to customers. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
- This position is part of the Government Services Supply Chain Management organization specifically within Delivery Management. The successful candidate will be expected to assist in the execution of delivery requirements for various programs and customers. The candidate will ensure customer requirements are executable and authorized in a timely manner, and work with various functions to ensure product is delivered on time to customers.
- This position will assist in identification and resolution of supply chain management constraints, discrepancies, and risks that impact on-time delivery and revenue capture.
- Additionally, this position will assist in monitoring performance metrics, perform trend analysis and take mitigating action to meet performance objectives.
- The assignment will require teamwork with various functions including Supplier Management, Contracts, Engineering, Program Management and Asset Management.
- Candidates will be expected to contact and work with internal focal(s) to ensure on time delivery of requirements and resolve delivery issues and constraints.
- Successful candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and on-time delivery of requirements.
- The desired candidate will have knowledge of Supply Chain Management best practices, strong data analysis and critical thinking capabilities, and a customer focus for delivering quality products on time while ensuring internal business goals are met.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in Supply Chain Management
Experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supply Chain Planning and/or Production Control
Experience have with organizing, planning, facilitating, and executing customer logistics
Experience working with forecasting, Supply Chain Software Systems, Supply Chain modeling & Simulation tools, and ERP Systems
Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent work or military experience
1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain, Logistics or Material Management Services (MMS)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $63,900 - $71,000
