Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Practice Psychometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with diverse populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting psychological assessments, collecting data, and providing support to clients in a private practice setting.
Job Description:
- Schedule testing appointments, administer psychological measures, score in accordance with established procedures and standards
- Conduct clinical interview to determine the appropriateness of the psychological testing as well as the selection of appropriate tests designed to address specific referral questions
- Prepare psychological testing reports
- Review test files to ensure they are complete and correct
- Supervision and training can be provided, as needed
- Experience with test administration and interpretation, the ability to integrate results, excellent writing skills and ability to proficient and efficient with report writing
- Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with patients assigned to testing department
- Have experience providing assessments with children, adolescents, teens and adults
- Experience with test administration and interpretation, the ability to integrate results, excellent writing skills and ability to proficient and efficient with report writing
- Experience with neuropsychological testing is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with patients’ referring provider/physician/professionals as well as any other pertinent treatment providers to ensure optimum level of care and treatment
- Ability to work well with families and/or guardians
- Willingness to go above and beyond for client care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities and psychiatric disorders preferred
- Currently credentialed with Insurance providers a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
