Lead and conduct all aspects of investigations of potential violations of company policies and/or law including certain government contracting laws

Analyze allegations and investigation findings to determine regulatory and other external reporting requirements and draft disclosures and reports for submission to government agencies and/or internal stakeholders as needed

Partner with stakeholders to conduct root cause analyses and develop, manage, and validate effective corrective action plans

Partner and work collaboratively with members of the GEC team and stakeholders across the Company to provide investigation status updates and report on trends, compliance risks, and corrective actions

Domestic travel is required up to 20% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 12 years’ compliance investigations experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum of 10 years’ experience

Investigations experience related to government contracting (e.g., Department of Defense Office of Inspector General investigations and disclosures, False Claims Act, time charging) or investigations experience related to corporate ethics and compliance matters (e.g., Code of Conduct)

Experience conducting investigations with minimal daily supervision

Experience briefing matters to business stakeholders

Ability to handle a docket of concurrent investigations with minimal daily supervision and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Familiarity with aerospace and defense environments

Experience working with or in a corporate ethics and compliance program

Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment, fairness, initiative, and ability to work collaboratively

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
