The Intel Sector has an opening for an HR Project Manager to join our HR team. The Project Manager will provide strategic partnership with the Sector HR Leader, BA HR Leads, and Talent Acquisition Leader by providing leadership and management of critical initiatives across the Sector. This position will provide support and oversight of projects and initiatives in the areas of workforce planning, culture, employee engagement and retention, performance development, talent development, compensation, and other strategic HR initiatives.
In addition to project management, this individual will analyze data, model costs, and prepare reports and presentations related to HR projects. Having a strong analytic mindset, financial and business acumen and an understanding of human resources will be critical to this individual’s success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Lead the creation and execution of project plans within an evolving project landscape.
- Develop new programs aligned to increasing connection and communication across the sector aligned to business priorities.
- Promote inter-departmental collaboration within and among the HR team.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to communicate project updates and results to key stakeholders.
- Lead Annual Pay Planning analysis for the sector.
- Manage deliverables for enterprise and sector talent reviews.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights for decision making and to mitigate risks.
- Conduct financial modeling to ensure a return on our investments.
- Strategize with Intel HR Leadership Team to ensure projects and initiatives enable the business to achieve its financial and customer commitments while keeping an eye on the employee experience.
Critical Knowledge and Skills:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong data analytic mindset and the ability to leverage data for story telling
- Strong understanding of human resources
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to build and present briefing materials to leadership capturing the scope, objectives, costs, schedule, and success metrics for HR initiatives to gain input, buy-in and support
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively and influence senior leader decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Advanced user of Microsoft product suite with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Pay Range:
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
