About your role:
As a Director of Quality Assurance Engineering I, you will lead the quality assurance efforts for our software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. Your leadership and strategic vision will shape the QA processes and frameworks, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will manage and mentor a team of QA professionals, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives that enhance product quality and user experience.
What you'll do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing quality assurance team.
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy and vision.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of QA initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution.
- Provide regular updates and reports on QA progress, metrics, and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team and processes.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- 4+ years of experience leading teams.
- 4+ years of experience in automation testing.
- 4+ years of experience in performance testing.
- 4+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.
- 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
- 1+ years of Fiserv systems experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
- Familiarity with security testing practices.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Certification in software testing methodologies.
