岗位职责：
- 三坐标测量与编程：在海克斯康 CMM 上完成探头标定、坐标系建立、路径规划、对齐与扫描；使用 PC‑DMIS 编写、调试与批量执行测量程序，维护报告模板并输出规范报告（含尺寸、形位公差、统计摘要）
- PolyWorks 数据分析：使用 PolyWorks/Inspector 进行点云/网格比对、偏差分析、趋势分析与可视化报告，必要时与 CAD 数模进行对比
- 文件与体系：编写/更新测量作业指导书（SOP）、程序清单与报告模板
- 设备维护：负责量具与设备的日常点检、环境控制与外部校准的协调，保障测量能力稳定
- 安全与5S：严格遵守 EHS 要求，维持工位与设备的 5S 状态
任职资格（必须）
- 中专/大专及以上，机械/测量/材料/数控等相关专业
- 三坐标测量相关工作 3 年及以上（优秀者可放宽至 2 年）
- 熟练操作 海克斯康三坐标；熟练使用 PC‑DMIS（含对齐策略、测头管理、扫描与特征评估、批量执行与报告配置）
- 能独立使用 PolyWorks/Inspector 开展偏差分析与可视化报告
- 能读懂机械工程图，熟悉 GD&T 与相关国家/国际标准（GB/T、ISO 或 ASME Y14.5）
- 能适应轮班与必要的加班安排
- 良好的问题分析与沟通协作能力，严谨细致，自我驱动
加分项（优先考虑 ）
- 具有3D扫描检测等尺寸检测经验者优先
- 具备英语读写能力（用于软件/图纸/外部报告交流）
