Caterpillar’s Customer Solutions Core Regions Division is looking for a Sales Representative to join the North America Customer Solutions team. In this role, you will manage assigned dealers' relationships to market company products and services, assist in the development of dealer sales capability, and drive a customer focused sales approach.

Effective Communications: Ability to listen and adapt communications to meet the dealer and customer where they are. Speaking clearly, listening actively, articulating ideas effectively and engaging diverse audiences.
Top Candidates Will Also Have
Executive Presence:Demonstrated ability to project confidence, credibility, and authority without demanding it, especially under pressure. In this job role, the selected candidate will interact with diverse audiences from equipment operators to executive officers of large companies. A successful candidate must be able to quickly understand the audience and adapt communications accordingly.
Public Speaking Skills: A successful candidate will be presenting every week to customers, dealers, or internal business partners. Presentations will be a mix of online presenting or presenting in person. These presentations will often include dealer executives and customer business owners.
Territory:This role covers 2 Cat dealers across three states: KY, OH and WV
Location: Desired work location is Louisville, KY with potential for alternative location in territory. The selected candidate is required to reside within territory.
Travel requirement: 50%
Domestic relocation assistance is available to Louisville, KY only
Summary Pay Range:
$95,640.00 - $143,520.00
