Responsible for insuring quality Standards, Specifications, and regulatory requirements. These activities include but are not limited to: Ensuring that finished units meet customer specifications, recording test results, approve and release units for shipment, identify Non Conformances, and supporting the quality manager with data and feedback in support of continuous improvement. |
RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Demonstrated ability to monitor quality level through the collection of data.
- Administer, handle, monitor and dispose rejects, replacements, scraps of incoming items.
- Report/update any nonconformance detected during the manufacturing processes.
- Assist in activities related to quality prevention, improvement and projects related to production processes and product.
- Participate in production processes and product audit, test and review of activities.
- Initiate, generate, report and maintain all necessary documents, data and records required
- Collect and compile data to facilitate root cause investigation, measurement and analysis.
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions.
- Use PPE and safety equipment as required.
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately.
- Participate in safety training and drills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS |
- 2 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure in an 9001/14001 (EMS & QMS) manufacturing environment
- Good team work and exhibits positive attitude.
- Interpersonal and people management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Possess basic technical drawing interpretation skill.
- Able to handle inspection tools and basic measuring equipment such as caliper, micrometer
- and height gauge.
- Ability to work independently with initiative.
