The Boeing Company is seeking a Test & Operations Integration Engineer to enhance the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) cyber test capability in Seattle, WA.
The selected candidate will play a key role in establishing an enterprise offensive cyber test capability, focusing on program integration, mission-based risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests. They will collaborate with a team of advanced Product Security Engineers to develop best practices, techniques, and tools that deliver value to our customers.
This role will support the Director of Product Cyber Test & Operations by coordinating cyber test activities, facilitating communication across Product Security Engineering (PSE), and aligning operational work with the Aerospace Red Team. This role emphasizes execution, coordination, project management, and the maturation of best practices. The ideal candidate will have foundational cybersecurity experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, test, and program teams.

Position Responsibilities:
Support advocacy for integrating cyber test events within the gated engineering lifecycle
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating cyber test activities with engineering, test, and program stakeholders
Help track dependencies, risks, and deliverables for cyber test events
Help develop and deliver Product Security Engineering capability and integration presentations for leadership and programs
Assist with preparing briefing materials, talking points, and coordination packages
Collaborate with Product Security, Test & Evaluation, Systems Engineering, and Red Team personnel to maintain alignment and strong communication channels
Represent Product Security Test & Evaluation in internal working groups and select external collaborations with suppliers and customer teams
Contribute to the creation and refinement of Cyber Test & Evaluation best practices, templates, and enterprise processes
Support complex project coordination from initiation through execution, including action tracking, meeting facilitation, and milestone management
Serve as an operational aide to the Director by helping manage priorities, workflows, and follow-through on organizational initiatives
Participate in risk and vulnerability assessment activities under guidance from senior engineers or team leads
Help prepare threat models, test inputs, or early analysis to support mission-based cyber assessments
Assist in coordinating Red Team test activities, including rules of engagement, logistics, documentation, and test environment readiness
Support Red Team reporting by helping gather data, organize findings, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders
Help organize workshops, working groups, and tool demonstrations to support workforce development
Collaborate with senior personnel to learn and adopt emerging cybersecurity, vulnerability assessment, and adversary tools and techniques
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
2+ years of experience in aerospace cybersecurity (product security, cyber T&E, avionics/embedded security, or related mission systems cybersecurity)
1+ years of experience integrating, planning, or supporting cyber test events with multidisciplinary teams
Experience collaborating across engineering, security, test, or program organizations
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical information to varied audiences
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience designing, testing, or integrating product systems such as avionics, embedded software, mission systems, or aerospace subsystems
Experience supporting or executing penetration tests, Red Team assessments, or vulnerability testing activities
Exposure to Test & Evaluation planning, requirements verification, or mission-based assessment
Familiarity with security engineering frameworks such as NIST RMF, NIST 800-53/82/115, DO-326A/356A, CNSSI 1253, or CMMC
Experience supporting stakeholder engagement across suppliers, customer representatives, or cross-functional engineering organizations
Foundational project management or agile experience (PMBOK, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent)
Ability to translate technical cyber concepts into clear summaries or executive-level briefing materials

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $105,400 - $142,600
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $131,750 - $178,250
