Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

As the sales partner for Versant properties, NBCUniversal is seeking a dynamic Creative Partnerships –Coordinator to join the Versant Media team. In this role, you’ll help shape and execute multi-platform advertising partnerships that span linear, digital, and social channels—connecting NBCU’s clients to the powerful programming across our Versant brands including CNBC, E!,MSNBC, Oxygen, Syfy, and USA.
As a key member of the Ad Sales Creative Partnerships team, you’ll support both pre-sale development and post-sale activation. From crafting go-to-market materials and brainstorming innovative partnership concepts to coordinating in-show integrations, custom content, billboards, and turnkey elements, you will help bring high-impact campaigns to life. You’ll also track executions, deliver client-facing materials, and support best-in-class storytelling through compelling recaps and case studies.
You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and help fuel new opportunities around Versant’s exclusive content. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative Partnerships, you will join a high-performing team known for collaboration, creativity, and delivering measurable results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and oversee the post-sales process across linear, digital and social channels, including maintaining status documents, trackers, timelines, billboard production and managing clipping and recaps
Create and design marketing materials for new/upcoming programs/products across Social, Digital, and TV opportunities (IE: one-sheets, mini decks etc.)
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including the greater Development teams, Sales Enablement, Brand Partnerships, Production, Editorial, Branded Content, Social, Research, Ad Operations and Pricing and Planning to activate 360 sponsorship opportunities at scale
Provide operational support to the Creative Partnerships-Versant Media team, including managing sales and marketing documents, organizing materials, overseeing tracking systems, and assisting with budget reconciliation where needed
Qualifications
Interest in or familiarity with USA/WWE, Live From E!, E! News, CNBC, MS Now, SYFY and Oxygen brands is a plus!

Self-starter who can manage multiple projects, multitask, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000 + overtime
