What you’ll do:
- Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor quality and perform inspections to meet production standards
- Package, label and prepare product for distribution
- Record production data and follow standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets and support continuous improvement
Who we’re looking for:
- A high school diploma and/or equivalent military experience
- Prior production, manufacturing or warehouse experience helpful but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
- Dependable, safety-focused team player
Important information about this role:
- Starting Pay: $18/hr or more based on experience
- All Shifts are Monday through Friday: (1st) 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or (2nd) shift 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm with flexibility to work overtime as required
- Health, Dental and Vision coverage starts day 1 of hire
- Paid on-the-job training
