Position Overview
Location: FedEx Ground Terminal – 27 Mack Ln, Hermon, ME
Pay: $18/hour (weekly pay, paid training)
Schedule: 5–6 days per week | 8:00 AM start | 8-hour shifts
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided vans and box trucks
- Deliver packages to homes and businesses with care and accuracy
- Load, unload, and organize packages for efficient delivery
- Follow safety protocols, traffic laws, and planned routes
- Communicate with dispatch about delays or issues
- Maintain accurate delivery records and keep vehicles in good condition
- Provide professional and courteous service at every stop
Qualifications
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical (covered at no cost)
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 150 lbs
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
