Role Definition
Coordinate activities to keep the team organized and on track with key initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Ensures adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals.
• Serves as point of contact for project related communications, providing regular updates and fostering collaboration amongst team members.
• Maintains project, campaign, and event calendars, tracking creative projects to ensure timely review and execution.
• Prepares marketing materials including Powerpoint presentations, marketing collateral, and other ad hoc projects upon request.
• Coordinates and executes meetings and events.
