We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Manager, Operations in Morton, IL.

Job Summary:
As the Manager, Operations for our Aftermarket Parts Distribution Center in Morton, IL, you will provide leadership and strategy/direction for a group of 5 direct reports and a broader team of 60 production associates.

What You Will Do:
- Support inventory management compliance processes through count and audit programs and annual inventory compliance audit activities.
- Communicate inventory record performance and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate storage location availability and grief reduction through partnership with Facilities Health in both proactive and reactive rearrangement and replenishment processes.
- Align resources and project needs to support storage system configuration projects through material rearrangement.
- Partner with non-operational resources to support site photography projects.
- Drive claims reduction and attainment of claims KPI’s through claims administration, data analysis and presentation, training, and facilitating root cause and corrective action work in partnership with the outbound operations teams.
- Leverage process excellence resources to investigate error findings, define and continuously improve standard work, embed lean & Built-In Quality (BIQ) tools in the operation.
- Oversee Quality operations, aligning performance to global quality targets and improving process flow and efficiency while ensuring quality for our customers, collaborating with global quality, disposition teams, and local resources to achieve targets.
- Develop and administer monthly business continuity tabletop drills, plan adjustments and updates, communications, and compliance related update tasks; complete annual business impact qualifications.
- Serve as primary owner for timely Internal Audit Assurance Services (IAAS) audit-related tasks evaluation, action, and systematic completion.
- Review and approve as appropriate EWM systematic requests for access for Morton and Morton-region operations, including the Contract Packager (CP) network.
- Develop and share monthly financial reporting packages and monthly financial results analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and spend reviews, identifying and sharing opportunities for improvement and creating/presenting overview content as needed.
- Complete monthly Production Quality and Control Plan labor data inputs for accurate reporting.
- Annually, plan, compile, and update annual business plans (ABP) for all Morton and Morton region cost centers, in partnership with Business Resources
- Quarterly, collaborate with Business resources to execute required updates
- Input formal corrective action plans for non-performing quality and financial performance metrics in global reporting tools, working with site leadership on action plans.
- Manage and submit reporting for Morton Operations purchasing card, ensuring compliant use
- Semiannually, ensure Industrial Tracker entry compliance working in partnership with the maintenance/engineering manager
- Ensure CTPAT compliance through quarterly audits, documentation, and action items, in partnership with Environmental Health and Safety and Security.
What You Have (Basic Requirements):
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Performance Management: Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.
- Quality Management: Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
What Will Set You Apart (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in logistics processes and/or logistics distribution
- Experience in SAP EWM
- Previous experience with auditing compliance processes

Summary Pay Range:
$144,960.00 - $217,320.00
