Description:This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance/access level. U.S. Citizenship required.
LM Space is looking for an independent, energetic, and experienced candidate to fill a critical technical security function in Denver, Colorado. This position is aligned under the Space Asset Protection organization, a multi-disciplined enterprise team tasked with protecting classified and unclassified LM facilities and operations worldwide.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Primary job scope will involve overseeing the operations and maintenance of LM Space enterprise Technical Security Systems (TSS), including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Protected Distribution Systems, Network Video Recorders (NVR’s), physical and virtual servers and regional-specific technical products.
o Liaison with nationwide technology vendors & integrators on O&M support, technical expertise, and emerging technologies.
o Draft Statements of Work, create service support contracts, and maintain funding projections.
o Support “pilot” programs by conducting research on emerging technologies and analyzing business-related capabilities for potential adoption and integration with LM’s TSS.
o Perform field assessments on inoperable equipment and liaison with Facilities and IT organizations, as required to troubleshoot system failures.
o Oversee vendor performance and manage competitive bids, billing, invoicing, and completed work acceptance.
o Collaborate with Business Area technical team members on strategic standards, special projects, and general daily operations.
o Review and assess classified construction security requirements and make recommendations.
o Support classified and Special Access Projects.
• Additionally, this position will oversee deployment and operation of enterprise Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) platforms.
o Accumulate airspace incursion metrics and coordinate with internal and external CUAS entities on system alerts.
o Liaison with local, state, and federal aviation and law enforcement on incident reporting and after-action protocols.
o Participate in corporate CUAS working groups and attend any associated training.
o Operate Security drones in conjunction with various projects or in support of Crisis Management events.
• This role may also include ad-hoc multi-disciplined security services support to the greater Security & Emergency Services organization.
Basic Qualifications:- Technical Security System experience.
- Knowledge of classified program protection
requirements, processes, and policies.
- DoD and IC customer experience.
- Knowledgeable of Special Access Program (SAP)
security.
- CUAS familiarity.
- Ability to support infrequent operational travel.
- Ability obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance/access level.
Desired Skills:- Prior military, or government security experience.
- Drone pilot training & license.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
