As a member of RSM’s consulting team, you’ll work directly with key decision makers and company owners to gain a better understanding of the challenges they face. This experience also allows you to see firsthand the positive impact your efforts can have on the client's success.
We are looking for a seasoned program/project management professional to join our Salesforce consulting team. You will be working with RSM consultants and clients utilizing your project management knowledge, expertise, and talent to provide project management oversight to small and large-scale Salesforce implementations. The project management oversight will enforce project timeline and budget adherence, resulting in increased client satisfaction, improved delivery and implementation practices and project profitability. Experience with CRM implementations and Salesforce specifically is an important element of this position.
Responsibilities Include:
Ability to assess, establish and organize Salesforce projects for implementation
Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Lead a team of consultants toward the shared goals of the project
Lead and manage full-scale project plans and associated status and update documents
Proactively manage and lead changes in project scope, identify potential out of scope activities, and devise contingency plans
Identify and track project issues, providing regular status updates until resolved
Serve as an escalation point to team members, facilitating prompt and appropriate responses to project issues and risks
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Ability to forecast project resourcing and project timeline based on tasks & team member allocation
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
Skilled with client demos and leading client meetings
Effectively and regularly, communicate project expectations to internal consultants and clients in a timely and clear fashion.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Working with leadership and other team members, develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of overall program/project management or software implementation experience
3+ years of project managing within software development life-cycle and delivery methodologies (Agile preferred)
Experience implementing Salesforce projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior consulting experience within a professional services setting is preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work as an effective member of a team
Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in PMP as plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira, Xray
Ability to comprehend business processes aligned to Salesforce functionality
Ability to travel as needed

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
