JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Human Resources Coordinator for the World Cup 2026, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of one of the world’s largest sporting events. You will be the primary HR contact for SCORE-related inquiries, ensuring seamless hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes, and championing compliance and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, multicultural environment, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related SCORE inquiries and provide support for the World Cup 2026.
- Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, clients, and employees, to ensure proper hiring and offboarding processes are followed, utilizing in-house tools to complete transactions efficiently.
- Deliver timely and accurate hiring and onboarding metrics to clients and stakeholders, offering clear insights into progress and pacing.
- Oversee the staffing process by working closely with candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to ensure the hiring process and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions, and maintain adherence to policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Assist in the development, scheduling, and logistics of training materials.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred; OR minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience required.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed, with flexibility for short-notice assignments
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and report analysis.
- Prior experience in HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, and compliance preferred.
- Proficiency with HR software and internal tools preferred.

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
