RSCN Liaison for component repairs with Pratt and Whitney sister company (Plant 81) and is responsible for:

Receiving of shipments for processing at Plant 81 (Cleaning, Inspection, repair…) from various RSCN locations.

Delivering components to appropriate location for processing at Plant 81.

Ensuring timely processing of components and providing daily status updates to RSCN Facilities.

Coordinate shipping of components back once completed to the appropriate RSCN facility.
-
Coordinate support in planning capacity and fulfillment demand with plant MRO operations
-
Provide feedback and provide support for boxes and containers required by the shop to ensure correct part protection
-
Assist with reviewing and changing Work Instructions
-
Perform initial incoming inspection of parts
-
Tracking appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement

Provide assistance to help action Audit findings
-
Check in of third-party engines and coordinate movement to CKB
-
Coordinate Shipping of engines for CKB both domestic and international
-
Tracking of engine shipment as well as inbound parts for RSCN
-
International shipment clearance (Customs, third party shipping vendors and Customers) for RSCN
-
Focal point for international logistics issues for RSCN
-
Shipping skid allocation for RSCN
-
Coordinates with Global Trade to ensure compliance for international shipments.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping/receiving, or a related field

Hazardous Goods Shipment training
-
Working knowledge of AES (Automated Export System) filing requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:

Familiar with International Shipping regulations and requirements

Prior experience forming business relationships with third-party shippers, customers, and coworkers.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
