Are you ready to drive innovation and shape the future of product development? Caterpillar Inc. is looking for an Engineering Project Team Leader to join our Paving Team. In this influential global role, you will lead a high-performing team to harness customer machine data, solve complex challenges, and deliver world-class paving solutions that exceed our customer expectations.
What You will Do (Job Duties)
Skillfully interpret and convey customer, management, and team input, both verbal and non-verbal, to inform project decisions.
Empower, mentor, and lead a team of engineers, fostering their growth and providing expert technical guidance in a non-supervisory leadership role.
What You Have (Basic Qualifications)
Degree Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer/Computer Science, Robotics, or Ag Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
Project Management: Proven ability to perform complex assignments, directly related to either NPI or CPI and able prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Able to collaborate with international teams in various time zones.

Summary Pay Range:
$126,000.00 - $189,000.00
