About this Position The GBS Customer Service Specialist is a key position that combines customer service with strong technical expertise in accounting and administrative processes for Mexico. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire cycle of credit notes and re-invoicing (under SPEDI and tax regulations), which includes everything from receiving requests from sales, logistics, and front service to detailed analysis and the creation or modification of documents directly in SAP.
What you´ll do
- Execute daily customer service operations in line with defined SLAs and standards.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to support performance tracking.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support transformation projects and process transitions.
