Job Summary： Developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention by developing HVAC air side system related solutions.Responsibilities: ·Prepare detailed proposals and estimates for air side equipment, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and project requirements.·Provide technical support to Sales Managers and their customers regarding air side HVAC systems, product selections, application advice and equipment configuration/sizing.
·Prepare project transition documents, ensuring all necessary information is communicated for seamless hand-off to the operations team.
·Updating and maintaining CRM system.
·Assist sales team during pre-sales activities, including client meetings, site surveys and technical discussions.
·Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
·Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting and follow up.
·Attend job site visits, which may require working outdoors or in mechanical/equipment rooms and exposure to variable weather conditions, moving parts, heights, and other environmental factors.
·Participate in training sessions, which may include travel to international factories or training centres.
- Remain up-to-date with product offerings, technical developments, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
·Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.·Trilingual proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills as communication with Trane Chinese factory is required.
·Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawing/specification.
