We are searching for the best talent for Associate Business Development Manager_ Cerenovus (Neurovascular)
We are seeking an independent and self-motivated Business Development individual to drive market adoption and expansion of our neurovascular portfolio in Taiwan. This role requires a strategic operator capable of navigating complex healthcare environment, building clinical advocacy among interventional neuroradiologists and neurosurgeons, and accelerating revenue growth in the stroke and aneurysm segments.
This role combines strategic account management, commercial planning, distributor management and on-the-ground execution to ensure our products reach target customers through a high-performing distributor network.
Lead the Taiwan Cerenovus business as main point of contact to report to overseas management.
You will be responsible for:
Strategic Commercial Growth
1.1Territory Execution: Develop and execute a data-driven business plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets within the neurovascular market.
1.2Portfolio Management: Manage the full product lifecycle from new product introduction to maturity. Engagement with Regional and Global teams to ensure portfolio freshness and competitiveness.
1.3Distributor Management: Manage and collaborate with distributors to ensure diligent sales forecast, marketing strategy execution and competitive selling.Build strong, trust-based relationships with distributor senior management — serve as primary point of contact.
Clinical Advocacy & Education
2.1Procedural Knowledge: Provide expert clinical knowledge for neuro-interventional procedures, ensuring safe and effective device usage.
2.2KOL Development: Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), leveraging their insights for product feedback and peer-to-peer education.
2.3Training: Conduct frequent product training for distributor staff on product feature and benefits, clinical data understanding and competitor analysis.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
3.1Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and clinical trial data to position our portfolio effectively against market alternatives.
3.2Cross-Functional Feedback: Liaison between the field and enabling functions such as Supply Chain, Market Access and Education teams.
3.3Industry Presence: Represent the company at major medical congresses to establish branding and identify emerging trends.
