SUMMARY: - Under minimal supervision, perform a wide range of duties to ensure efficient management of incoming and outgoing materials, maintain warehouse equipment according to safety and maintenance protocols, and support the site's business objectives through continuous improvement of warehouse operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply.): - - Responsible for dispatching with accuracy the daily invoices by utilizing the available manpower
- Responsible for safe operation of activities such as Material loading / unloading from vehicle.
- Experience in making Invoice & E-Way bill, etc.
- Unloading and verifying incoming shipments, checking for damages or discrepancies, and storing goods in designated areas.
- Accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring they are labeled correctly and prepared for shipping
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, performing stock checks, and identifying potential shortages or issues
- Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move goods efficiently.
- Adhering to safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work environment as per 5S standard, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during warehouse operations.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant information.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly & annual stock count, maintaining excels for accurate stock, count entry in SAP
- Responsible to deliver Kaizen annual target
- Organizing the warehouse as per 5S standard, ensure LIFO, FIFO followed to avoid scrapping
- Responsible for submitting monthly dead stock with a plan to reduce it
- Responsible for daily LDM with Logistics forwarder (Inbound)
- Problem solving related to delivery of material at customer place
- Knowledge of Logistics & freights is desirable

Position/Job Requirements: Education/Training Required: - Preferably a any degree not B.tech/BE with 3-5 years’ experience in industries (Prefably electronic or electrical /automation)
Work Experience Required: - Warehouse background.
- Good knowledge & experience for warehouse equipment and warehouse operation.
- 2 years’ experience on similar position.
- Team management skills.
- Experience with Warehouse Operation.

- Inventory management: Understanding stock levels, tracking inventory, and managing stockroom operations.
- Warehouse operations: Knowledge of receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping procedures.
- Safety procedures: Familiarity with workplace safety regulations, hazardous materials handling, and emergency procedures.
- Material handling equipment: Knowledge of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment used in warehouse operations.
- Time management and organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication and teamwork: Effective communication with colleagues, management, and customers, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Good communication / influencing skills (Train, run, motivate working sessions with both internal & overseas teams).
