Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, utensils, plates, glassware, and service ware after use
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment, including loading, running, and unloading dishwasher racks safely and correctly
Maintain dish room organization and ensure dishwashing stations, sinks, and work areas remain clean and sanitary at all times
Clean drains, kitchen floors, dish belts, coolers, freezers, loading areas, and storage areas as assigned
Follow food safety, sanitation, and chemical‑handling procedures per Aramark guidelines
Report malfunctioning dish machines or equipment concerns to management promptly
Follow safe operating procedures for dish machines (burn prevention, cut‑resistant glove use, proper water temperature, etc.)
Assist with receiving and stocking product in proper storage locations following FIFO practices when needed
Support overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and maintaining sanitation standards in designated work areas
Maintain a positive, cooperative attitude with coworkers and contribute to a clean, safe, guest‑focused kitchen environment
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
