Park Culture
At Park Aerospace, culture isn’t just a buzzword - it’s the foundation of everything we do. We’re a “Yes” Company, known for saying yes when others say no, and for finding solutions where others see roadblocks. We value flexibility, responsiveness, and urgency, and we live those values every day on the shop floor and in the engineering lab.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that thrives on collaboration, mutual respect, and shared accountability. We don’t wait to be told what to do - we take initiative, ask questions, and jump in to solve problems. Park’s objective is to do what others are either unwilling or unable to do. When nobody else wants to do it because it is too difficult, too small or too annoying, sign us up.
