Director of Financial Planning & Analyis - Construction
: Location: Columbia, SC Pay: $145-155K Our client is a rapidly growing and regional leader in their industry. They Director of FP&A will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and for providing operational decision support across the organization.
What you get to do:
- Lead the annual budgeting process
- Cash flow forecasting
- Build specific industry related KPI's and communicate the results to senior leadership
- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting
- Lead any FP&A system implementations/upgrades
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, etc; MBA or Masters a plus
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience with solid leadership experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skillset
- Experience in construction, real estate development or homebuilding a plus
- Excellent presentation/communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
