About this Position As our Lead Application Engineer, you will be the technical champion for our customers and the driving force behind successful product applications in the region.
What you´ll do
- Lead on-site customer visits—perform plant audits, line surveys, troubleshoot issues, and deliver technical solutions that improve adhesive performance.
- Manage and execute new product and customized application launches, including demonstrations and validation testing to ensure right-first-time success.
- Run and optimize the Application Engineering laboratory—overseeing equipment setup, sample testing, standards, and best-practice implementation.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Product Development, Product Management, and Quality to build value-based proposals and support customer growth.
- Prepare technical reports, deliver training and coaching to sales teams and customers, and promote technology innovations across accounts.
- Support digitalization efforts by applying digital tools for process monitoring, data logging, and predictive insights.
