Job Description
Provides expertise and leads the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, and making offers.
What You Will Do
Advise hiring managers on recruiting strategies and best practices that align with organizational goals, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, extending offers, and coordinating orientation and start dates for new hires.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and industry-leading sourcing technologies to deliver highly qualified candidates for current roles and build strong pipelines for future needs.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers while maintaining cost efficiency per hire.
What You Have:
Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests, alerts the team to issues affecting client satisfaction, and works collaboratively to resolve critical concerns. Demonstrates a multicultural approach and interest in learning about the LATAM region.
Customer/Market Focus: Understands shifting market priorities and responds to internal and external customer needs in a way that consistently adds value while meeting profitability and performance targets.
Recruitment Channel Management: Knowledge of the benefits, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g., databases, online platforms, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals). Adheres to guidelines and standards in channel selection.
Candidate Screening: Skilled in techniques and processes for candidate screening; able to preselect suitable candidates for initial and subsequent interviews. Comply with HR policies and maintain accurate records of candidate information.
Candidate Sourcing: Expertise in sourcing techniques and channels to attract and qualify candidates for immediate openings or long-term talent pipelines. Resolves challenges related to job requirements, timelines, and budgets while following HR regulations and sourcing policies.
Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards and processes for staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified personnel for a wide range of positions. Provides staffing services for routine roles and assists in implementing staffing goals and strategies.
Workforce Analytics: Ability to analyze workforce data and metrics to support business decisions, applying basic methodologies and approaches for workforce analysis.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to manage end-to-end staffing and recruiting processes, including execution of diversified recruitment channels for different types of hiring (administrative, executive/leadership, production, students).
Advanced English proficiency.
Proficiency in O365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Automate, Power BI) with proven experience in automation and/or process improvement using tools and apps.
Strong interest in collaboration and teamwork.
High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates unwavering integrity, complete discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Proven experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn.
Top Candidates Will Also Have
Postgraduate studies in People Management or Business Management (preferred).
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal relationship management skills.
Proven experience managing competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
Experience working across the LATAM region.
Familiarity with tools such as Beamery, Workday, Talent Neuron, and Copilot.
