Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 Hourly Rate.

experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Job Functions
- Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
- Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
- Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
- Restock supply cabinet/room
- Clean all mirrors, bright work and enameled surfaces
- Wash and disinfect all basins, urinals and bowls, using appropriate cleaner to remove stains and clean undersides of rim of urinals and bowls.
- Damp wipe, wash with disinfectant when necessary, all partitions, title walls and outside surfaces of all dispensers and receptacles.
- Fill toilet tissue, soap, paper towel and sanitary napkin dispensers
- Clean flush-o-meters, piping, toilet seat hinges and other metal work
- Vacuum louvers, ventilating grilles and dust light fixtures as required
- Stock restrooms
- Straighten areas, such as lobbies, conference rooms, locker rooms, & break rooms
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Custodial experience is preferred but not required
- Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required
- Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties
