Schedule: Monday–Sunday
Pay Rate: $14.50-15.00

What is Required?
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare or social service environment; supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Passion for patient care
- Reliable transportation to perform job responsibilities
You will report to the Coordination Team Lead.
