Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Mobile Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while promoting and selling mobile products and services. You will engage with customers, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Your ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently will be essential in maintaining the financial integrity of the store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their mobile product inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and engagement.
- Handle cash transactions, including operating the cash register and processing payments accurately.
- Utilize basic math skills to ensure correct change is given and transactions are processed efficiently.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked with merchandise at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or sales environments is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with a proven track record of accuracy in financial transactions.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively while engaging customers in conversation about their needs.
- Experience supervising or mentoring team members is a plus but not required.
