The mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. We also honor our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is committed to eradicating homelessness amongst our veterans.
The Foundation seeks a highly skilled and detail oriented administrative professional to serve as a Salesforce Administrator for the Foundations’ Donor Services Retention and CRM department. This individual will assist our Vice President, and support the overall donor services efforts in conjunction. This position will involve change management, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project for the Donor Services Retention and CRM teams.

Duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and translate them into platform vision and plans.
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes Donor Services Retention and CRM teams.
- Manage the sandbox environment.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the Salesforce platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the prioritization of platform development projects in partnership with leadership.
- Facilitate communication between management and developers to ensure clarity on project scope and timelines.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance.
- Assist in user management, permissions, and system configuration under the direction of leadership.
- Maintain documentation of platform configurations, workflows, and development plans.
- Participate in testing and validation of new features or updates in coordination with leadership.
- Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and health checks.
- Monitoring and improving user adoption.
- New user and ongoing user training, including creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Marketing Cloud.
- Certification in Salesforce Administration: and knowledge if Tableau is a plus.
- Experience with CRM and accounting Platforms.
- Strong organizational and design skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask multiple projects and supervise personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite (or equivalent).
- Pre-employment screening, including a background check, is required.
Working conditions
Special working conditions may include: a change in days worked, shift hours, and/or working conditions (outdoors or other locations) when participating and assisting in special events needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
