Responsibilities include:
Receives sensitive files from HR to initiate the process.
Manages daily feeds to add and remove security controls for separating users.
Acts as the first point of contact for user issues and complaints, with a clear escalation path.
Manages an "email jail" for departing employees, reviewing and releasing emails based on requests.
Assists in designing and implementing automation for currently manual processes.
