About this Position This position adds value to the Korea Consumer Brands business by being responsible for managing key accounts, developing long-term relationships with key customers, and maximizing sales opportunities within the team.
What you´ll do
- Develop annual account 4P strategies (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement) and plans aligned with business and channel objectives to drive sales growth
- Ensure effective implementation of plans and promotional activities, closely monitor sell-out progress, and evaluate performance
- Continuously seek new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand the company’s market footprint
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, building strong and trust-based relationships
- Analyze competitors’ activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies to maintain a competitive advantage
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (channels, trade marketing, marketing, planning, etc.)
