The role is responsible for supporting business leads in the development and maintenance of various initiatives. This role includes coordinating small-scale cross-functional projects and supporting larger-scale initiatives. The coordinator oversees the coordination and status reporting of cross-functional project work, governance activities, and tracking corporate goals.
Support the delivery of initiatives and resolve issues through design, development, and implementation, aid in the administration of correspondence, participation, and ongoing implementation activities, and provide support to business and technical teams by testing functions of new software and delivery platforms. Coordinate team planning discussions and related outputs to develop a holistic governance process, develop roadmaps, identify key priorities, and track success measures Coordinate and report on the status of cross-functional project-oriented work efforts, track key project milestones, and report on corporate goals. Provide administrative support, including managing senior executives’ schedules, arranging meetings, and preparing materials, and support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications
Education
- Required Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
- Required 3+ Years three or more years of experience in project coordination
Knowledge Skills And Abilities
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Certifications & Licenses
- Preferred: Professional, Academy for Health Care Management (PAHM) - AHIP
