The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The Finance and Change Lead will be responsible for aligning and driving the automation financial needs and funding model. This role resides in the Enterprise Services Application Technical Services Operations and Strategy and will partner closely to influence the automation funding model, and the financial team to align on automation financial needs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and operational thinker with a well-rounded finance and change management background including financial strategy and innovation opportunities. Frequent senior leader interaction is expected, requiring strong communication skills. Additionally, this individual acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, tracks progress and adjusts plans as necessary to deliver business value and meet functional needs effectively.
What You Will Do:

Strategy

Develop and implement Central Corp/ES funding effort & Strategy (requires deep understanding of automations program, how we operate and what we're trying to achieve to drive the right outcomes in these efforts)

Manage funding model report and alignment to the pipeline assessment; and the funding model for each use case we pursue

Automations & AI Financials:
-
Cost centers Management of three key cost center which budgeting, forecasting financial burn rates, and includes RPA, BPM and AI and a mix of demand, central and capital funding buckets
-
Monthly detailed EAS budget analysis that includes financial forecasting, budget analysis and use case spend plans.

Application budget and chargebacks for finance to execute.
-
Demand funded cost estimator revisions: use case and sustainment chargeback estimator for business units.

Cost center chargebacks from demand funding (implementation and sustainment)
-
Sustainment cost alignment between heritage companies and evaluation by use case (BPM and RPA)
-
SOWs and PO analysis and executions
-
Deloitte AMS and strategic partnership: Bringing forward invoices for review and alignment to ensure budgets are maintained, as well as outlining what's working well/areas of improvement, Managing Deloitte billing and spreading across the cost centers.

Qualifications You Must Have:

University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, and minimum 5 years related experience, or equivalent experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels.

Strong work ethic and proven perseverance in driving an issue through to completion and obtaining intended result with customer service approach and ability to collaborate and work well with others.

Mastery knowledge of Integration patterns as well as Application Programming Interface (API) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technologies.

Strong development knowledge in SAP BTP-IS, or equivalent with knowledge in IBM Sterling EDI Integrator, or equivalent.

Strong development knowledge in Apigee API Management, or equivalent with a solid understanding of technical funding models.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
