Role summary
Lead the technical product and platform strategy for Treasury systems, owning architecture, delivery and operations across Java microservices, SWIFT, TRAX and SAP landscapes. Drive migration of non‑SAP technologies/interfaces to SAP S4/HANA and SAP BTP while ensuring compliance, reliability and measurable business benefits.
Key responsibilities
Own product & platform architecture, roadmap and technical decisions for treasury systems (Java microservices, J2EE, middleware, APIs).
Lead migration strategy and delivery from legacy/non‑SAP systems to SAP S4/HANA and SAP BTP.
Manage SWIFT setup and operations (on‑premise and cloud) across infrastructure, application and compliance layers.
Ensure SoX/IT compliance, ISRM engagement, vendor management and alignment with enterprise platform owners.
Drive DevOps adoption, proactive monitoring, release automation and production support processes.
Deliver proofs‑of‑concept, evaluate technical solutions, and translate business requirements into scalable designs.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Platform Reliability Engineer and cross‑functional BT/Architecture teams.
Must‑have qualifications (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance + IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Proven hands‑on experience with Full Stack Java, microservices, APIs and middleware.
Demonstrable treasury domain knowledge (investments, FX, cash management, payments, debt & liquidity).
Experience with enterprise architecture, solution design and technical delivery.
Knowledge of SoX / IT compliance and production support in a DevOps environment.
Strong stakeholder management and English communication skills.
Nice‑to‑have (Preferred)
SWIFT technical/application experience.
AWS/cloud exposure and automated testing tooling.
Agile delivery experience.
