Role Definition:
This Manager Distribution will lead a team of approximately 40 members, overseeing end-to-end CAB warehouse operations. This includes receiving raw materials, put-away into storage, material picking and kitting, and line-side replenishment to the production line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a zero-injury culture and consistently implement safety-driven principles.
- Make workflow decisions aligned with CAB warehouse management to improve service levels and reduce operational costs.
- Supervise and motivate warehouse employees through effective coaching, training, and clear communication of expectations. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement productivity, quality, and service standards to ensure smooth production support. Resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute performance data to enhance workforce planning and business growth.
- Ensure all equipment receives preventive maintenance and timely repairs to maintain optimal functionality.
- Lead initiatives to develop and refine warehouse systems using digital tools to identify bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization across the organization.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance with company standards.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience with strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Familiar with warehouse safety standards and committed to quality control practices.
- Proficient in ERP and WMS systems, with a solid understanding of lean management principles and exposure to smart warehousing technologies such as RFID and AGV.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, skilled in PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of Power BI.
- Proven team management experience with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses a strong sense of continuous improvement, with agility and high execution capability.
Additional information:
- The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
