Job Summary Details: The
Garage Porter provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00a.m to 2:00p.m. Location: West Houston, TX 77079
Pay: $15.00 per hour, paid weekly

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience using equipment such as
pressure washer, air blower, and other cleaning tools • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness and safety of the corporate building’s parking garage
- Sweep, blow leaves, and remove debris from garage floors and surrounding areas
- Gather and empty trash from designated receptacles
- Operate cleaning equipment including pressure washers and air blowers
- Clean stairwells, elevators, and other common areas within the garage
- Follow procedures for safe use of cleaning chemicals and power equipment
- Notify Manager of any maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal or other incidental duties as required
