Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Account Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves promoting and selling insurance products to clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a keen understanding of the insurance market, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on insurance products to clients
- Conduct needs assessments to identify clients' insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
- Utilize market knowledge to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies
- Engage in telemarketing to reach new clients and expand existing relationships
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Administer benefits and ensure compliance with insurance policies
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and market trends
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze client data
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
