We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Accountant to support our finance team in driving data-driven decision-making. This role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis across the organization.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with financial models and large data sets, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans; track performance against plans and identify key drivers and risks.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic and operational decisions
- Prepare and distribute recurring management reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Partner with business units to understand performance drivers and support planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis); experience with financial systems or BI tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems, forecasting tools, or BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
