Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst

About the Role:
Lifetime Quality Roofing is seeking a talented FP&A Senior Analyst to play a key role in driving financial performance across our residential and commercial roofing projects. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership and operations to provide actionable insights, influence strategic decisions, and support the growth and profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and maintain budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models
- Analyze revenue, margins, labor, material costs, and cash flow
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly reporting and variance analysis
- Identify trends and create KPIs related to job costing and profitability
Business Partnering
- Work closely with operations, sales, and project teams to improve financial outcomes
- Support pricing decisions, bids, and margin improvement initiatives
Process Improvement
- Improve financial reporting accuracy, timeliness, and automation
- Support enhancements to job costing systems and financial tools
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency with accounting policies
- Assist with audits and internal control requirements
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
- Experience analyzing P&L statements and financial drivers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with job costing and project margin analysis
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar)
- Experience with BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
