Job Summary: Work with global packaging design team to bring out a best packaging design to meet aftermarket parts launch metrics such as Safety, Quality, Velocity, Cost as well Sustainable.

What You Will Do:

Design packaging for products or parts.

Support packaging operations through engineering support.

Manage heavy parts packaging to ensure packaging safety.

Manage wood pack audits to ensure packaging safety and compliance.

Provide detailed guidance and specifications to suppliers and approve supplier packaging design.

Conduct packaging compliance audits and control supplier package quality.

Support packaging optimization projects to ensure execution of the customer-ready packaging strategy in the region & globally.

Support PQ change execution with suppliers to ensure supplier package compliance

Support Partners and Customers inquiries on parts packaging

Execute Waste-Walk and identify cost reduction and sustainability opportunities

What You Have:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience desired in Engineering or Packaging.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Computer-Aided Design & Engineering: Knowledge of tools and techniques of specialized graphics programs; ability to produce, analyze, simulate and test product design drafts.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Workable oral and written English is required.

Packaging: Knowledge of packaging tools, approaches and practices; ability to package products and components safely and attractively.

Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
