The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Security Manager to join the team in Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO; or North Charleston, SC.
We are seeking an experienced OT Security Manager to lead a high performing team to protect industrial control systems (ICS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) environments, and other OT assets across our manufacturing and critical infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will bridge IT and OT domains, apply security best practices to industrial environments, and lead efforts to identify, mitigate, and monitor OT-specific cyber risks.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employee activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with Operational Technology
5+ years of experience working, collaborating, and/or integrating with engineering stakeholders
5+ years of experience leading a team or a project
3+ years of experience within an Information Security domain
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
Active Secret Clearance or higher
Experience working in Agile methodologies
Experience as a formal lead and/or manager
Experience working with a global team
Experience with IT audit processes

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $140,250 – $203,550
