Warehouse Supervisor
What does a successful Production Supervisor do?
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Fiserv, you will manage a team within our warehousing facility. You will collaborate closely with other departments and delegate work to associates to ensure efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to company standards.
What You Will Do:
- Manage operational activities by reviewing, prioritizing, and assigning tasks to operators for processing mail in accordance with USPS standards
- Ensure maximum processing rates to meet legal and contractual obligations
- Develop, refine, and implement policies and procedures to optimize both personnel and equipment resources
- Drive team performance to meet or exceed company goals by providing ongoing development through timely coaching, positive reinforcement, and honest feedback
- Provide continuous coaching and mentoring for your team with a focus on operational results
What You Need to Have:
- An associate's degree or equivalent work and/or military experience
- 2-4 years of experience in an operations/production/warehouse environment
What Would Be Great to Have:
- A team player mentality, capable of both collaboration and independent work.
- Basic math skills
- 2+ years of experience leading a team in a production environment
Important Information About This Role:
- You will work an assigned 3rd shift schedule of Mon-Fri 4pm-12am
- Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
