The Partnership Program Office (PPO) is responsible for managing Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Commercial Engines’ risk-and-revenue-sharing partners (Partners).
The Associate Director, Partnership Programs, will be responsible for managing P&W’s Partner agreements and relationships with one or more partners and will report to the Executive Director, Partnerships.
What You Will Do:

Negotiating Partner agreements and managing the execution of these.

Preparing business models / financial analyses.
-
Negotiating and managing part valuations.
-
Drafting contracts /legal letters.
-
Collaborating with other Pratt & Whitney departments to negotiate and mange other related contracts
-
Managing critical part deliveries and industrialization efforts.
-
Being partner liaison at P&W for any partner related issue
-
Leading the resolution of any disputes that arise between P&W and Partners.

Reporting status updates to Commercial Engines and Pratt & Whitney management.

Preparing presentations and coordinating senior executive meetings/calls.

Participating in process improvement initiatives.

International travel up to 25% - 50%
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience to include prior financial modeling experience, negotiation skills, leading with influence; Or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of experience as listed above.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills for the purpose of delivering presentation to all levels of leadership within Pratt & Whitney and customer organizations.

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.
The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
